    Great hotel staff with excellent service, everything was good. It has marvellous and fab location a few steps away from Karl Johans gate Street.

    So many outstanding options for breakfast, such as croissants and cheese. Brand-new and generous sized units with couple of armchairs, bedroom-, balcony.

    The gym equipment was in need of an upgrade, and the noise from the street was a bit disruptive at night. Great for those who enjoy a cozy atmosphere and convenient access to local attractions.

    Everything was perfect, fairly clean hotel, marvellous location up to the royal palace. The double room was functional and newly renovated, with a mini bar fridge, an individual safe and an iron. Fantastic food, we loved yoghourt, croissants and cheese in the bar. Location: the property was really close to bathroom and commoe areas and a cruise ship. Great to be 400 metres away from Malik's Original Bistro, enjoyed our meal there.

    The hotel staff was not very helpful.

    This hotel was perfect for our family getaway! The spacious room allowed us to hang out comfortably, and the breakfast spread was a hit with everyone. The concierge even helped us plan a fun day out.

    My children wished there had been a kid-friendly area to play. A designated play space would really enhance the experience for families.
